01 — The challenge

Where it started.

A complex IT environment on legacy ITSM tools that could not meet growing demand. Incidents, changes and problems were handled largely by hand, consuming a significant share of the IT team’s time.

Visibility was the deeper problem. Without a reliable view of IT operations, service disruptions reached the business before they reached the team.

02 — What we built

The work itself.

Incident, change and problem management. The three processes configured together, so an incident that becomes a change keeps its history rather than restarting it.

Service catalogue management. Requests raised against defined services with known fulfilment paths, rather than as free-text tickets.

Workflow automation. The routing, approvals and notifications that consumed the team’s attention moved into the platform.

A self-service portal. End users raising and tracking their own requests, which takes volume off the queue rather than reorganising it.

03 — Results

What the client has now.

IT team efficiency and productivity increased by reducing manual effort. Service quality improved and disruptions reduced, with a visible effect on customer experience. Visibility and reporting improved enough to support data-driven decisions. End-user satisfaction improved through self-service.
