01 — The challenge

Where it started.

Corporate wellness is delivered by many small providers, and the companies buying it were holding the programme together with spreadsheets and email. Enrolment was manual, provider onboarding was manual, and nobody had a current view of who was using what.

Every new initiative therefore added coordination rather than reach — the opposite of the intended effect.

02 — What we built

The work itself.

Unified user and provider management. One model covering corporates, providers and employees, with provider onboarding and corporate subscriptions built in rather than administered on the side.

Subscriptions through Razorpay. Billing integrated into the platform, so commercial state and service state are the same record.

Role-based access control. Separate views and permissions for corporate administrators, providers and employees, with dynamic picklists behind the hierarchical data.

Bulk onboarding and live reporting. Bulk employee upload instead of per-person entry, with dashboards and automated reporting on service utilisation.

03 — Results

What the client has now.

Architecture designed for thousands of corporates, hundreds of providers and hundreds of thousands of employees. Onboarding for both corporates and providers runs through the platform rather than through coordination. Service utilisation is visible in real time rather than reconstructed at renewal. Manual effort reduced through bulk uploads and automated reporting.
